This customisation was the most ambitious of all undertaken by a new Dwell skyhome buyer. Nelson Duan had been in the local market for nearly two years before meeting Franco Di Bartolomeo. Nelson had his heart set on a two-level townhome in the sky but could not find what he wanted. Franco was able to facilitate Nelson’s dream home with the amalgamation of two apartments into one magnificent one. Nelson is thrilled with the finishes and how substantially unique the space is. “The builder/developer and his team of consultants allowed me to have an immersive role during the building of my new home,” says Mr Duan. The townhome feels like a constant series of unfolding experiences. The dual entries offer privacy to the spaces as well as visual enjoyment. The central living zone has a dramatic ambience with a feature 6-metre high joinery white wall and Japanese sliding matt black-framed doors. The double-storey void, with abstract light pendant, suspended brilliantly, is seen through the glass balustrades and translucent floating timber staircase.
